Ce The Extra Miles, LLC will equip its students with the knowledge and skills to think critically, and independently, and to know the importance of connecting with the world of driving. We will also provide a rigorous curriculum approach to teaching students to ensure they are actively engaged as they strive to master the art of driving and becoming successful citizens.
My Story
Approximately 28 years ago in Baltimore, Maryland, I taught several teens how to drive. Upon doing so, I developed a love for teaching others to drive. This love of teaching created in me a passion to do what I am now doing today. Anyone who knows me can attest to these exact words. Instructional driving is a lifelong journey that will get you from point A to Z. I can guarantee that "I'm that One" for you, your child, and family when it comes to this most important of skills.
My journey started as a drivers education teacher in Wake County with a reputable company. While teaching in the classroom, I learned that each student is different, and to ensure their success, I had to tailor my teaching to meet them where they were. I thoroughly enjoyed my time as a classroom instructor, but felt I could give more to the community by driving Behind - the - Wheel again.
Fast forward, I am now the President/CEO of CE THE EXTRA MILES, LLC. As a certified driving instructor, I have learned that listening attentively is KEY!! My students whether teens or adults feel very comfortable with me because I exude patience and stand by the motto "One Goal....One Lesson..." which equals many happy faces. Happy faces make parents happy, happy parents have allowed me to teach entire families of drivers!! How cool is that!!
